Air conditioning
The villa is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in the family room, living area, all bedrooms and the lanai.
Answer machine
An answer machine is available so you don't miss those important calls from relatives and friends phoning from home.
Appliances
The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, ice-maker, microwave oven and an electric oven, as well as a toaster and a coffee-maker. In the laundry room you will find a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board.

 

Bedroom 1
This is the master bedroom with full en-suite including separate bath and walk-in shower unit, 2 sink basins with full mirrors and toilet. The bed is a queen-size (US), king-size (UK). There are two bedside cabinets with lamps, large dressing table, large walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, entrance and excellent view on to the pool area. A remote controlled television, clock radio and phone are also provided.
Bedroom 2
Contains a queen-size bed, television, two bedside cabinets with lamps, ceiling fan, large chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3
Contains a queen-size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, ceiling fan, large chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 4
Contains two single beds, remote-controlled television, ceiling fan, bedside table with lamp, large chest of drawers and walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 5
Contains two single beds, bedside table with lamp, ceiling fan, tall lamp with stand, large chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe.

 

Cable TV
Cable TV is available in the family room and 4th bedroom.
Check-in - check-out
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am.
Cleaning
The house is cleaned after the departure of each guest by our management company. Linen and towels are changed between every occupancy. This is included in the rates. You can order changes of linen and towels during your stay for an additional charge – please see Rates.
Coffee maker
Make your own freshly brewed coffee.
Cot
This is provided free of charge.

 

Dishwasher
A necessity, situated in the kitchen, saves the hassle of doing the washing up yourself. Relax you're on holiday!
DVD player
Available for your use in the family room. DVDs are available to rent locally.

 

Electricity
USA voltage is 110V/60Hz. Please take this into consideration if travelling from outside the US.
Emergency services
Information on how to contact the emergency services can be found in the folder in the villa.

 

Fans
Ceiling fans are situated in the family room, living room, all bedrooms and the lanai.
Fire extinguisher
The house is equipped with a certified, and regularly checked fire extinguisher

Fridge and freezer
The house has both a fridge and a large freezer with ice-maker, ice-crusher and cold filtered water.

 

Hairdryers
Two hairdryers are provided, one in the master bedroom en-suite, one in the second bedroom en-suite.
Highchair
This is provided free of charge.

 

Ice-maker
Very welcome in this hot climate!
Iron and ironing board
Located in the laundry room and available to use during your stay.

 

Jacuzzi
Relax, your on holiday, chill out from those busy days! Optional heating available – please see Rates.

 

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size electric oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ice-maker, ice-crusher, filtered water, coffee-maker, kettle, food blender and toaster as well as a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and houseware.

 

Lanai
The covered part of the pool decking is equipped with a ceiling fan, and we have upgraded the pool furniture to make your stay in DisneyDreaming more relaxing and comfortable.
Laundry
In the laundry room you will find both a washer and dryer together with an iron and iron board and vacuum cleaner.
Linen and towels
You will be provided with a sufficient amount of linen and towels on arrival. They are changed after the departure of each guest. Should you wish to have towels and linen changed during your stay, this can be arranged with the management company for an additional charge – please see Rates.

 

Management company
The staff at Florida Choice pride themselves with the care of our home. They, and their team are available 24 hours a day should you have any major problems.
Microwave oven
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven - great for quickness after a day in the parks.

 

Oven and Hob
The villa contains a full size electric oven and hob should you wish to cook.

 

Parking
There is parking for two cars either on the driveway or in the double garage - very handy for keeping cars cool on those very hot days!
Pets
No animals of any kind are allowed in the property.
Pool
The villa has a fully screened (will find out dimensions) private pool with Jacuzzi. There are three steps leading into the pool at the shallow end (3ft) and then there is a gradual slope down to the deep end (6ft).
Pool heating
If you wish the pool to be really warm, please ask us to turn on the pool heating. There is an additional charge for pool heating – please see Rates.
Pool towels
A set of pool towels are provided for using around the pool area for drying off before entering the villa. These are in addition to the towels provided in the bathrooms.

 

Smoking
No smoking is allowed in the villa.
Strollers/buggies
This is provided at an extra cost. Please indicate when booking if this is required.

 

Telephone
Unlimited local and international phone calls are available in the DisneyDreaming villa free of charge, so its very easy and cost effective to keep in touch with family and friends back home.
Toaster
Make yourself some fresh toast with the toaster in the kitchen.
Towels and linen

TVs
Televisions are available in the family room and fourth bedroom.

 

Vacuum cleaner
The villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, however should the need arise, you will find this in the laundry room.

 

Washer and drier
In the laundry room you will find both the washing machine and tumble drier.
