Holiday Villas in Orlando – Our Disney Vacation Rental
There are many holiday villas in Orlando. Our Disney vacation rental is located in the upmarket community known as 'The Village at Tuscan Ridge'.
Our Disney vacation rental in Tuscan Ridge is in one of Florida's newest holiday villa locations, on the western side of Kissimmee. These holiday villas in Orlando are only 5 minutes from the all new Greg Norman designed Champions Gate 36 holes of golf. Interstate-4 highway is only minutes away, so it enjoys easy access to all major routes in central Florida.
The subdivision 'The Village' at Tuscan Ridge is off Highway 27, approximately 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes from Disney World. Travelling west on Highway 27, look for the entrance to Tuscan Ridge.
Although many villas are located in the Davenport/Kissimmee area on US Highway 27 and US Highway 192 (see map above) many of them can be found in communities consisting of only short-term Disney vacation rental homes. Tuscan Ridge is a mixed community (i.e. it has both Disney vacation rental homes and residential homes) so you have the benefit of friendly neighbours who can provide local knowledge and information if required. As you can see from the map above, Tuscan Ridge is located quite close to the Interstate 4 (the main road, and recommended route to Walt Disney World). It is less than 5 minutes drive to this Interstate route. Not only does this make our Disney vacation rental ideally located for the Disney parks, but also for all the other Orlando attractions as well as for getting to both the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts (e.g. to get to Daytona beach, Kennedy Space Centre on the Atlantic coast and Tampa Bay, Clearwater and St Petersburg on the Gulf Coast).
Driving Directions
Orlando International
- Choose the north exit from Orlando International to enter 528 (west).
- Follow 528 towards Orlando. After passing through two tolls, choose the left lane to enter I-4 (west).
- Follow I-4 to exit 55 and enter Highway 27 (north).
- After about 3 miles you will find "Tuscan Ridge" on your left.
Tip: When you are a little more familiar with the area, try exit 58 on the I-4. This exit takes you through Champions Gate to Route 54 where you turn right and continue for approximately 1 mile to the junction with Highway 27(Walgreens on the corner). Turn right onto Highway 27 and look for "Tuscan Ridge" on your left.
Orlando Sanford International Airport (north-west of Orlando)
- Choose the north exit to enter Lake Mary Blvd (west).
- Follow Lake Mary Blvd. for about 8 miles and enter I-4 (west).
- Follow I-4 (west) to exit 55 and enter Highway 27 (north).
- After about 3 miles you will find "Tuscan Ridge" on your left.
Tampa (south-west of Orlando)
- Take I-4 (east). Follow it to exit 55 and enter Highway 27 (north).
- After about 3 miles you will find "Tuscan Ridge" on your left.
Jacksonville (north-east of Orlando)
- Take I-95 (south). Follow it to exit 87 and enter I-4 (west).
- Follow I-4 (west) to exit 55 and enter Highway 27 (north).
- After about 3 miles you will find "Tuscan Ridge" on your left.
Miami (south-east of Orlando)
- Take Highway 27 (north).
- About 3 miles north of I-4 you will find "Tuscan Ridge" on your left.
