Pool and spa
Our vacation rental home in Orlando Florida was built by RD&C Builders, a designer-build Orlando company renowned for their high quality design of homes. Designed and tastefully furnished to the highest standards with many extras added, the property will comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The house is fully air-conditioned with two separate air conditioning units – one upstairs and one downstairs – and is also equipped with ceiling fans in every bedroom and all main rooms of the house to help circulate the cool air.
An intruder alarm, smoke detectors and fire extinguisher are also provided in the house for your own safety.
Master bedroom – has a queen-size (British king-size) bed, large walk-in closet, telephone with free unlimited local and international calls to the UK, radio alarm clock, ceiling fan, patio door leading on to pool area, large dresser with mirror, remote-controlled television, two bedside cabinets with lamps. Spacious en-suite bathroom which comprises two single wash basins with mirrors, large walk-in shower room and large oval-shaped bath.
Master Bedroom
Bedroom 2 – king-size bed, large wardrobe, ceiling fan, large chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets with lamps, en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower, hair dryer, wash basin and mirror.
Bedroom 3 – king-size bed, large wardrobe, ceiling fan, chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets with lamps.
Bedroom 4 – two twin beds, large wardrobe, ceiling fan, chest of drawers, night-stand and lamp, remote-controlled television

Upstairs bathroom – large shower, toilet, wash basin, mirror.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size cooker, hob, microwave, large capacity fridge freezer with built in ice maker along with fresh filtered water function and ice crusher, wall phone with free unlimited local and international calls to the UK, double sink with aerator garbage disposal, built in dishwasher, all the crockery, cutlery, glass and utensils you will need are also provided in the house, food blender(ideal for smoothies) electric kettle, coffee maker, electric can opener, saucepans, pots and pans are also provided along with tea towels etc.
The kitchen has an adjoining breakfast area with tables and chairs.
Breakfast table
Large washing machine with separate tumble dryer iron and ironing board are situated in the separate utility room which leads into the large double garage. The utility room also has a vacuum cleaner, dust pan and brush.
The DisneyDreaming house is tiled throughout down stairs except in the master bedroom where there is carpet. We have chosen all the furniture throughout the house with the help of professional interior designers and therefore is not the standard package furniture which you may often find.
Living room – comprises a 2-seater love seat, a 3- and a 2-seater sofa, large cabinet with remote controlled television, DVD player, 2 lamps, coffee table, ceiling fan, patio door leading onto pool deck.
Dining room - Large wooden dining room table, 6 large cushioned chairs, place mats.
Family room
Family room - ceiling fan, 2-seater sofa, 3-seater pull-out sofa bed, coffee table, 2 lamps, love seat, patio door leading on to pool deck.
Pool area (lanai) – a magnificent fully mesh screened heated pool and built up heated spa with waterfall feature, planter with solar lights, high quality fully padded pool furniture – including 4 chairs, 2 recliners, 2 foot stools and large circular table – ceiling fan, child safety devices surrounding the pool.
